Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel your booking, please note the following cancellation charges:

1. Cancellations made more than 30 days prior to the start of the scheduled tour will receive an 80% refund of the total tour fee.
2. Cancellations made within 30 days of the start of the tour will not be eligible for any refund.
3. No-shows will not be eligible for any refund.
4. A 20% deposit is required upon booking and is non-refundable in the event of cancellation. However, you may apply this deposit towards a future booking.
5. Please allow up to 14 working days for the refund process to be completed.
6. Please note that air ticket or visa payments are non-refundable and are subject to the airline's cancellation policy.
7. Any cancellations by the tour provider are subject to their own cancellation policy.
